Benefits of Colour Therapy

Colour Therapy has been used for thousands of years and is sometimes referred to as Colour Healing.  This therapy is non-invasive, is completely safe for all ages, and can help heal you on a physical, mental and emotional level.

A colour therapy session can leave you feeling calm, relaxed, serene, energised or stimulated, dependent on your needs and requirements.  We will use a number of techniques, including visualisation, coloured crystals, cloths, cards, solarised water, oils and the encouragement of wearing specific colours and eating specific coloured foods.

Colour Therapy works with the body’s chakras as with Crystal Therapy.

This treatment can easily be combined with other therapies whilst advising you how to incorporate it into your own everyday life, with your clothes, decor and the food you eat.

As with all treatments, a full consultation will be completed prior to treatment, to ensure Colour Therapy is right for you. I will then discuss with you a treatment plan most suitable for your body, your problems and your concerns.
